Brief Description: This beautiful home is about halfway between Bozeman and Livingston, Montana. It offers panoramic mountain views from the house and deck and the secluded location offers a wonderful spot for a retreat for family and/or friends. The home has a large deck to enjoy outdoor living and also to view the frequent wildlife visitors.
Bedrooms: The home has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds, plus two full size futons downstairs. Top of the World can accommodate up to eight guests.
Bathrooms: There are two full baths with tub and shower, plus a half bath.
Kitchen: The open kitchen area has a gas range and oven, a microwave, coffee maker, and a nice supply of cook ware and serving ware. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need. There is a bar style counter in the kitchen.
Dining Room: The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and the living room. The dining room table seats six comfortably.
Living Room: The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace plus satellite TV.
Services Available: CastleKeepers, your local concierge, is available to arrange additional helpful services such as maid service, grocery shopping, catering, baby-sitting, area activities, etc at an additional charge and advance notice. Remember to ask about our free local activities and travel packet.
Activities Nearby: Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, white-water rafting and LOTS more as well as all that Bozeman and Livingston have to offer. There is also great mountain biking right on the roads near the home. Yellowstone Park is about an hour and a half from the home. The lists of the valley’s activities are extensive Bozeman has year-round fun for the whole family! Don't forget to check out the Ice Dogs (Semi-Pro Hockey Team), the Museum of the Rockies, Shakespeare in the Park, the Bozeman Symphony, the many Antiques Stores in the area, Farmer's Market and many more local activities.
Distance to Town: Fourteen miles (about a twenty minute drive) to Bozeman's Main Street and just a few miles further to Livingston. Gallatin Field Airport is about a thirty minute drive away.
Other Details: No smoking is allowed in the home. No pets are allowed on the property or in the home. There is local phone at this home, although cell service is pretty good. There is also a washer and dryer at the home, All CastleKeepers Home properties have fully equipped quality kitchens, bath and bed linens, and staples like paper goods, dish and hand soaps.
Policies: Refundable $500.00 security deposit required when booking. If you book within 30 days, we will require full payment at the time of booking. Cancellation within 30 days of rental incurs loss of deposit. There is a standard Policy Agreement to be signed at time of reservation.
Please note the additional fees to the rental rates; $150.00 per additional person, $120.00 Cleaning Fee, 4% Booking Fee and a 7% Montana Bed Tax.
